Measurement mode: Select the appropriate mode (body, objects, room) using the mode button. Measurement: For body temperature: Point the thermometer toward the forehead from a distance of 2-3 cm and press the measure button. For object temperature: Point the thermometer toward the object to be measured and press the measure button. For room temperature: Point the thermometer toward the middle of the room and press the measure button.
